Support
Storywave helps you turn an idea into a narrated audiobook, keep a private creative studio, and discover stories from the community.
Account and data
Open Account → Legal & privacy in the app to read the current policies, permanently delete your account, or begin a data-protection request. Account deletion removes your account, private studio data, generated books, listening progress, and public stories owned by you.
Creation and playback
Book creation can take time while the story is written, voiced, and assembled. Keep the app connected during setup when possible. If a book is still processing, return to your Library to check its progress. Existing books remain available if new creation is temporarily paused.
Public stories
Publishing is optional. Storywave has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Review generated material before sharing it, and only publish material you have the rights and permissions to use. Use the in-app Report story or Block creator controls for community safety. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also contact ferdinandloesch@gmail.com.
